VIVETILE / LEGAL

Terms and Conditions

A clear starting point for using the ViveTile toolbox.

Public draft for review · 16 September 2026Prepared for ViveTile, operated under the AvelinLabs name. The standard policies below describe the current service. Full legal operator identification and postal address, together with the provider details noted in Privacy, remain to be completed; this is not a final legal notice.

1. Who provides ViveTile

ViveTile is provided under the AvelinLabs name. These terms describe use of the website and hosted capabilities. AvelinLabs does not imply an incorporated company or a particular registration status. Full legal identification and postal address remain to be added.

2. The service

ViveTile provides small hosted capabilities for websites, managed through an account dashboard. Available features include text and announcements, headlines, CTA buttons, image libraries and endpoints for existing HTML forms.

Availability is described in the product guide. Planned features and illustrative examples are not commitments to deliver functionality. The public demo does not publish content or create a paid subscription.

3. Your account and websites

Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and only configure websites and content that you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the settings and publication choices made through your account.

Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share access in a way that bypasses permissions or attempt to access another customer's data.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the content you upload. You give the service permission to store, process, resize and deliver that content as needed to provide the features you use, including publishing it when instructed.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for images, text and personal data you submit. Do not use the service for unlawful content, malware, phishing, spam, infringement or activity that disrupts the service.

For forms on your website, provide appropriate information to visitors and establish a lawful basis for collecting their data. Do not collect passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal data through the current form endpoint.

5. Publication and delivery

Published images and widget content are intended for public display. A published image URL can be accessed by anyone who has it. Website origin checks reduce casual misuse of widgets and forms; they do not authenticate visitors or make public content confidential.

Changes may take time to propagate. Unpublishing cannot remove copies already downloaded by others. Keep independent copies of important content.

Form responses are saved separately from optional email notifications. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Check the dashboard for responses and delivery status; automatic retries of form notifications are not currently included.

6. Plans and charges

The Plans page describes VSmall at EUR12/month, VGrowth at EUR39/month and VSpecial by quotation. VSmall and VGrowth can be purchased through the dashboard using Stripe Checkout. Review the total and recurring payment information before confirming a subscription.

Subscriptions renew monthly until renewal is cancelled. Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the next renewal without an immediate adjustment charge. Cancelling renewal keeps the current paid period and removes any scheduled plan change. Cards and invoice history are available through the billing portal. VCredits currently show estimated usage; there are no credit purchases, automatic overage charges or automatic suspension based on that estimate.

The amount and any tax charged are shown at checkout before payment. No later charge is inferred from the usage illustrations. This notice does not claim that the operator is VAT-registered.

Refunds: you may request a full refund of your first monthly subscription payment within 14 calendar days of that payment by emailing hello@vivetile.com from your account email and identifying the purchase. This is a voluntary first-purchase policy, not a new free trial on each renewal. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 14 days of the request; your bank may take additional time to display them. A refunded subscription is ended as part of the manual refund process. Cancelling renewal alone does not request a refund.

Renewal payments and partially used periods are not normally refunded for a change of mind outside this policy. Contact us about duplicate charges, billing errors or a service that was not supplied. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund and consumer rights always take precedence; these terms do not ask you to waive them.

7. Availability and changes

This is an early product. Maintenance, faults, abuse protections and technical limits may affect availability. Features may change as the product develops. No uptime service level is currently offered.

We may restrict activity that threatens security or breaches these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and give you a way to contact us. These terms do not exclude statutory guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Stopping use and data requests

You can stop using the service and remove its installations from your websites. Contact us about account closure and data retrieval or deletion. Self-service account deletion and form CSV export are not currently available.

Email hello@vivetile.com from your account email to request closure, a copy of your content or deletion. We verify control of the account and clarify whether you want renewal cancelled, content withdrawn, stored data deleted, or all three. If you need a copy, request it before deletion; we arrange an available format with you. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and explain any lawful extension or retention requirement. These are support-managed requests, not automatic dashboard actions. Pausing a form or unpublishing content does not itself delete stored data.

9. Privacy and data processing

The Privacy page describes the data involved in operating the service. For website form data, the website owner determines the purpose and fields collected. AvelinLabs processes those submissions to provide the configured service, including storage and the optional notification selected by the owner. Contact us before use if your organisation requires a separate signed data processing agreement; this page does not represent that one has already been signed.

10. Legal rights and contact

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or data protection rights. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for deliberate misconduct or gross negligence. No exclusive court or contractual monetary liability cap is imposed by this page. Applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules determine rights in a dispute.

Send billing, service or privacy complaints to the contact below with enough detail to identify the issue, without sending card numbers or passwords. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five business days. Material changes to prices or customer obligations will be notified before they apply; a new price does not change an already paid period. You can cancel renewal before a future change takes effect. A future company or operator change will be communicated and will not be applied retroactively. Contact: hello@vivetile.com.
