Sign in, add your website and open Site settings. Configure the exact HTTPS addresses where widgets and forms will be used. Add www and other subdomains separately, without page paths. Each site has its own VTiles and libraries.

Your site needs to let you edit its HTML or embed custom code, image URLs or an HTML form action. Builder settings and plans vary. ViveTile supplies these capabilities; you keep your website and its hosting.

Create libraries for products, campaigns or collections. Upload JPEG, PNG or static WebP files; the standard upload output is optimised to WebP without enlargement. Publish individual images and copy their stable URLs or HTML snippets. Replacing a source image preserves its URL and publication state.

One photo, several formats

Open New preset in a library. Start with Thumb (150 × 150), Card (600 × 400) or Preview (1200 × 630), or set dimensions from 16 to 2048 pixels. Crop to fill produces the exact size using a centre crop and can enlarge a small image. Fit inside keeps the whole image without enlargement, so its actual dimensions may be smaller than the requested box.

Presets apply to existing and newly added images in the library. Open an image, preview a variant and copy its own URL. Changing a preset’s size or replacing the source keeps those variant URLs stable; variants are generated when requested. Archiving a preset stops new associations while existing associated URLs remain usable as long as their images are published.

Work with a collection

Select images across pages and search results within one library. Publish, unpublish or move them to another library in the same site. Review each result and retry failures. Switching libraries clears the selection. Keep the page open until processing finishes.

Original uploads stay private. Anyone with a published image or variant URL can view it; allowed website settings do not make those URLs private. Upload, dimension and storage limits still apply.

1. Open Form libraries, create a library and choose New form.
2. Name the form. Optionally add a notification email and an HTTPS thank-you page.
3. Activate and save it, then open Install.
4. Set your existing HTML form’s action to the provided URL and method to POST. Keep the default encoding; each field needs a name.
5. Send a test from an allowed website. Open Submissions to read the saved response.

No custom JavaScript is required. Fields are discovered automatically; repeated names are preserved as lists. Unchecked checkboxes and disabled fields are not sent by the browser. File uploads and multipart submissions are not supported.

Responses are saved independently of email delivery. Sent means the email provider accepted the notification, not that it reached the inbox. Failed or pending notifications remain visible. Automatic notification retries, CSV export and advanced integrations are not included. Pause a form to stop new submissions while retaining its responses.

Basic request limits and an optional spam trap are included. The public action URL is not a secret key; website checks do not authenticate visitors. Keep sensitive credentials out of form fields.

Create an Announcement, Dynamic Text, Headline or CTA. Set the text and colours; for a CTA, set the destination too. Save your draft, preview it, then publish. Copy the installation snippet into your website.

Later edits go live when you publish again, using the same installed snippet. Updates and unpublishing may take a minute or longer to propagate. A draft preview is private and can include unsaved changes. A CTA is a link; scheduled publishing and click analytics are not included.

The guide reads public HTML without running website scripts. Content created by JavaScript or behind a login may not appear; a CMS editor may show different source code. You still need access to edit your website’s HTML or embed settings.

Responsive images, lazy loading and existing form scripts may need manual attention. The guide highlights these cases rather than treating every replacement as safe. It never edits or publishes your website. Copy a fragment only into the matching part of your page, not over the entire page.

Monthly subscriptions are available in Usage & credits → Subscription & billing. VSmall allows one website and three active VTiles. A library with published images counts as one, each active form counts as one, and each published text or CTA counts as one. Drafts, paused forms and wholly unpublished image collections do not count. VGrowth has no numerical website or active VTile limit.

Both upgrades and downgrades take effect at your next renewal without an immediate adjustment charge. Cancel renewal to keep the current paid period and stop the next renewal; this also removes any scheduled plan change. Use the billing portal for cards and invoices. Existing content above VSmall limits after a downgrade is preserved, while increases beyond the allowance are blocked.

Usage & credits shows estimates shared across your account, with website filters and per-resource details. VCredits are not a prepaid wallet. Exceeding the estimate does not trigger extra charges or automatic suspension. Credit purchases, rollover and automatic top-ups are not available. See current prices, allowances and examples.
